To complete the form, you will need the following information:
- Last two years of tax returns
- Employment history (last 5 years)
- Home equity: how much is your mortgage, and how much is still owed?
- How long have you lived in your house?
- How many people live in your household?
- Will you be able to utilize the 26% federal tax credit?
- You will also be asked to provide a current credit report.
